After the application has been approved, you will receive your login data by Email (Username & Password) and instructions to use the service and to access to your account area where you can see our Ratelists, download your invoices and CDR's and make prepayments. Every customer can make a few testcalls to any destination before making a prepayment. ( 1 Usd credit free )

Sip City offers it's service on a prepaid basis only. In your account area you will find various payment methods: Bank Transfer, Western Union, Credit Card & Paypal (most countries).

Sip City offers accounts in 2 currencies: EUR & USD. Seperate ratelists do apply for EUR & USD.

Sip City offers 3 routes (EUR & USD), each with different rates and quality levels

Sip City STANDARD
 lowest possible rate, no guaranteed quality

Sip City GOLD
 low rate, high quality

Sip City PREMIUM CLI
 Some destination with best rate and high quality with trasmission of CLID

When you apply our services Standard Routes are assigned by default to your account , then after you can choose to change .

Every route has it's own dialling format with different tech prefixes that it will communicate to you when you apply your account. For the ratelists of each route, please visit the Rate Page. Our rates are billed per second.
